Maloney to Participate in League of Women Voters Forum on August 1st and Future Televised Debate
Cold Spring, New York – Today, Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney announced that he will participate in the League of Women Voters U.S. Congressional District 17 Virtual Democratic Primary Candidate Forum on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in addition to a future televised debate.
“Thank you to the League of Women Voters for agreeing to host a forum for the NY-17 primary. I am eager to participate and grateful for the opportunity to directly answer questions from voters alongside my opponent,” said Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney. “I believe elected leaders must be accessible and available to the public, which is why I’ve held over 180 town halls since taking office. I look forward to continuing to connect with our communities here in the Hudson Valley and answering any questions voters have at the LWV Forum on August 1st and at a future televised debate that we will work with our opponent and local media to organize.”
