Committee Chair Suzanne Berger is asking the Westchester District Attorney to investigate if cabinet nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. violated the law by casting an absentee ballot in Katonah after courts found he didn’t really live here. “Voter integrity is an important issue,” Berger told the Journal News, and not less so when the alleged violator has been nominated for a cabinet position. “People need to know that this is someone who doesn’t play by the rules,” Berger said. “He thumbs his nose at them.”
