Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence K. Marks today announced the appointment of Hon. Anne E. Minihan as Administrative Judge for the Ninth Judicial District. The appointment was made with the approval of Chief Judge Janet DiFiore and after consultation with Hon. Hector LaSalle, Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department. In her new role, Judge Minihan will oversee the daily operations of the trial courts within the Ninth Judicial District, which encompasses Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.
