| SUBJECT: Meeting of the Independent Redistricting Commission
PURPOSE: To conduct the business of the New York State Independent Redistricting Commission
DATE: Thursday, February 15, 2024, 2 PM
LOCATION: Roosevelt Hearing Room C, Legislative Office Building, 2nd Floor Albany, New York 12210
Pursuant to a court order (Anthony S. Hoffmann et al. v. New York State Independent Redistricting Commission et al.) and Article III Section 5-b and Section 94 of the Legislative Law, the New York State Independent Redistricting Commission has been constituted to determine congressional district lines.
This meeting shall be convened to discuss the following agenda:
1. Vote on the final congressional map proposal
2. Vote to send the final congressional map proposal and enacting legislation to the Legislature
The meeting of the Independent Redistricting Commission shall be open to the Public and shall be streamed online at www.nyirc.gov. A recording of the meeting shall also be available to the Public.
