Westchester Democrats choose Suzanne Berger as first new leader in 16 years

Westchester County Democratic Party leaders chose a new chairperson for the first time in 16 years during a virtual convention on Thursday.
Suzanne Berger, the longtime chairwoman of the Greenburgh town Democrats, will replace Reggie LaFayette as head of the county party. She is the first woman elected chair.
