On April 18th  White Plains District Leader Jonathan Prado Jorge and his wife, Victoria, celebrated the birth of their son Jonah Beckham Jorge. On arrival, Jonah was 6 lbs., 6 oz. and was born at White Plains Hospital. Congratulations and best wishes!!!
